Stephanie Mistry is the Director of empower people, a dyslexia consultancy. Stephanie has over 20 years experience in human resources having held various senior roles in both the private and public sector. She now specialises in screening adult dyslexia and has expertise in workplace needs assessments and employer consultancy. She provides advice to employers on reasonable adjustments and delivers dyslexia awareness training.

Stephanie has a Masters in human resource management and holds Member status of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD). She has qualifications in psychometric testing and is an Associate Member of the British Psychology Society. Stephanie also has achieved accredited qualifications through the British Dyslexia Association (BDA) as a Workplace Assessor and was invited onto the British Dyslexia Association’s elite accredited list of Workplace Assessors. Stephanie is also a member of the British Dyslexia Association.
